1. Voyager 1
voyager 1 is the space probe launched by NASA on 5th september 1977. It is the first man made object farthest from the earth. It is more than 147 AU(Astronomical Unit-It is distance between sun and earth) away from earth (1 AU=14,95,97,871 KM )
It leaves our solar system and entered in the interstellar space.On 25 august 2012 it crosses the heliopause and entered in the interstellar space.
But the amazing thing about this probe it that it is 20 hrs and 31 min light time away from earth and light travels near about 3 lakh Km/sec in space. The mission of voyager 1 was to explore the atmosphere, magnetic fields and moons of the Saturn and Jupiter and it had done perfectly. Addition to this the Golden record is also launched with the voyager 1. Golden record is the metal disc in which the various sound , images and names are present which shows that the human life on the earth ,if any intelligent life in an interstellar space found it , it will shows the history of human species on earth.It is still in communication with NASA.

2. Pioneer 10
The Pioneer 10 is the second space probe farther from the earth and was launched on 2 March 1972. It is now more than 123 AU from the earth. The mission of pioneer 10 was to study the Asteroid belt , Jupiter environment , solar wind ,etc. The communications were lost from 23 January 2003 after travelling 80 AU due to loss of power. It crosses our solar system and goes in interstellar space but no one knows what happen with it after communication lost.
3. Voyger 2
Voyger 2 is the twin of voyger 1 , but it was launched 16 days before the Voyger 1 on 20 August 1977. The mission of Voyger 2 was to explore Uranus and Neptune. It is more than 122 AU from the earth. It crosses the solar system and travelling through the interstellar space. It also contains the Golden record same as that of Voyger 1 probe.
4. Pioneer 11
Pioneer 11 was launched on 5 April 1973 . It is now not in contact with the scientist and it has passed more than 100 AU far from the earth. The pioneer 11 is moving towards the constellation in space . It will reach the closest constellation inn about 40,000,000 years.

It is the 5th man made object far from the earth. It was launched on 19 January 2006. Last data received by it was on 25 october 2016.
